Our booking calendar is open three months ahead. On the first day of each month, reservations open for the third upcoming month.

2. Do you offer an à la carte menu?

We only offer a signature tasting menu, which changes seasonally.
Our menu is a carefully curated selection of dishes that embody the philosophy and style of our Head Chef.
Each dish tells its own story, perfected in taste, presentation, and composition. The order of dishes is designed to create a seamless culinary journey: from light appetizers to main courses and desserts.

3. Can I add wine pairing to the tasting menu?

We highly recommend adding wine pairing to our tasting menu! Our sommeliers carefully select wines that perfectly complement each dish, enhancing its flavors and aromas.
Wine pairing is an excellent way to elevate your dining experience and discover unique flavor combinations.
We offer three wine pairing options: Polish – featuring Polish wines, Classic – with exceptional wines mainly from the Old World, and Elite – with legendary wines rarely opened for pairings.

4. Do you accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies?

Yes, we adjust our menu for guests with food allergies or special dietary needs.
Please inform us about any allergies or intolerances at the time of booking, as this is the only stage where we can consider such requests.
Later modifications will not be possible due to preparation and service logistics.

5. How long does a tasting dinner last?

A tasting dinner typically lasts between 2 to 3 hours. We ensure every guest has time to fully enjoy each dish.

We do not serve a vegan menu, as we believe in using the full range of flavors nature provides—including meat, fish, dairy, and eggs sourced sustainably.
However, we do offer a vegetarian menu and can modify dishes for allergies or intolerances if informed during booking.

9. Can I bring children to the restaurant?

We aim to provide a calm and immersive dining experience. Our tasting menu is designed for teenagers and adults, and we recommend visits with children aged 12 or older.
For younger children, please contact us beforehand.
