At NUTA, nothing is accidental. It is a fine dining restaurant in Warsaw where everything forms a harmonious entirety.

The name refers to the unique composition of taste notes that our guests can experience while savouring each dish prepared in the restaurant. It is also a nod to the unique note-by-note idea, a field of science derived from molecular gastronomy, which is the great inspiration and passion of our chef.
