Data retention period

Your personal data will be retained for a period of:

  • until you withdraw your consent to the processing of your data in respect of data used to send commercial information and until the service is provided in respect of special category data, unless you withdraw your consent to the processing of special category data beforehand.
  • Until the service is provided,
  • 5 years (from the end of the year), with regard to data whose processing is regulated by law, counting from the date of termination of cooperation, in accordance with 74 of the Accounting Act,
  • until the statute of limitations for claims or the lodging of an effective objection.

We obtained the personal data (name, surname, album number, PESEL, name of the school, field of study and year of study) from the school which referred you to the internship.
