A clear London dry style gin. It is characterized by a complex tea and herbal aroma. The first impression is dominated by elements of forest litter and caramelized carrots. After a while, the gin releases layers of chamomile, baked apple and pumpkin cream. In the mouth: harmonious and composed. The taste balances between delicate sweetness, the spiciness of white pepper and a subtle finish of bison grass. It is characterized by elegance and a long-lasting, developing finish. Particularly recommended with a quality tonic with greater dryness.
